During the last 12 months, we’ve experimented with a new-to-us concept, the pop up dinner. This series has been so popular over the past year for a few different reasons.

First of all, we are inviting YOU into some of Chicago’s most incredible venues. These are places that unless you’re going to a wedding or attending a gala you might never set foot in. Being able to experience these venues in such an intimate and informal setting is truly unique.

Second, we have some of the very best chefs in the industry. Our pop up dinners allow them to spread their wings and get creative with menus. Other than dining at a restaurant, when would you see something like braised osso bucco on a menu? Or Saffron Anglaise for dessert? If you’re at a large, formal function, odds are you won’t. During these pop up dinners, our chefs create menus that speak to the venue, the season, and the atmosphere.
