Celebrate the beginning of fall with an all green event. We aren’t talking about green décor and green food, but a truly environmentally friendly event, starting with a Silver LEEDS Certified building while noshing on a eco-friendly locally and organically sourced menu.

VenueSIX10 proudly holds a Silver LEEDS Certification. Their efforts have saved 6200 tons of CO2 from entering the atmosphere over the next three years and eliminated approximately 40 tons of waste from entering landfills each year. This visually stunning building is powered by 100% renewable energy including utilizing a green roof to allow rainwater to evaporate, rather than enter the sewer system, fritted windows to control heat gain and glare, and advanced computer-controlled lighting and HVAC systems to reduce energy consumption considerably.

Jewell Events Catering provides local and organic ingredients whenever possible and our ‘green’ menu perfectly complements VenueSIX10 and all the amenities they offer, starting with a specialty cocktail such as our Herbaceous Bouquet with basil, mint rum, and rosemary simple syrup and ending with a fresh berry dome featuring locally grown berries topped with Greek yogurt mousse and vanilla caramel sauce. In between, savor an Heirloom Tomato Tower and Cage Free Capon stuffed with organic spinach and roasted red peppers.
